What are the guarantees?

Our remote support services are based on our IT experience working with our team currently spread over eight locations in the country. Nevertheless, it is possible that we are unable to solve your issue, no matter how hard we try. In such cases you can use the already paid fee of the service on a second occasion, or transfer it to someone else in need.
